What kids do

“Big brave things start with small steps. Plan yours!”

  1. The scary thing:
  2. Steps (1 = easiest)
  3. Me at the top!
  4. Who can cheer me on:

How to run it

  • Example: jumping in the pool → sit on the edge, feet in, step in, splash, jump.
  • Color each step as you do it.
  • Celebrate every step, not just the top.

Talk about it

  • Which step feels doable today?
  • What happens to fear as you climb?
  • What brave thing did you do before?

Take it further

Make a ladder for a friend’s brave goal.
