What kids do

“Can you draw 100 tiny doodles? Count by tens!”

  1. One tiny doodle per square until you reach 100. Circle every group of ten!
  2. My favorite doodle was number…

How to run it

  • Have kids count as they go and circle each group of ten doodles.
  • Doodles can be tiny: a dot face, a star, a fish.
  • Count by tens together at the end.

Talk about it

  • How long did 100 take?
  • Which row was the most fun?
  • What does 100 look like?

Take it further

Make it a challenge: no doodle can repeat.
