What kids do

“Draw a shape. Then draw around it again and again!”

  1. Echo around each shape
  2. Echo around your name
  3. Draw three shapes and echo them until the lines bump into each other
  4. The colors I used for my rings:

How to run it

  • Keep the gap between each ring about the same.
  • It’s calm, slow work: put on quiet music.
  • Color every other ring for a striped look.

Talk about it

  • Did your rings get wobbly?
  • What does it remind you of?
  • How did it feel to draw this?

Take it further
