What kids do

“You’re hosting a dinner! Draw who is at your table and what everyone eats.”

  1. My table, from above (who sits where)
  2. The menu
  3. What I would ask my special guest:

How to run it

  • Draw the table as a big oval, seen from above.
  • Guests can be real people, characters or animals.
  • Good for the week before a holiday or a family meal.

Talk about it

  • Who did you invite? Why?
  • Who would sit next to whom?
  • What would you say thank you for at the table?

Take it further

Make place cards with each guest’s name.
