What kids do

“Big changes start with tiny habits. Pick one and track it!”

  1. My tiny habit:
  2. I’ll do it right after I…
  3. Color a square each day you do it
  4. Me doing my habit
  5. What made it easy or hard:

How to run it

  • Keep it tiny: two minutes or less.
  • Link it to something already done every day (after brushing teeth…).
  • Missed a day? Just start again tomorrow.

Talk about it

  • Why do tiny habits work?
  • What habit do your grown-ups have?
  • How will you remember?

Take it further

After nine days, make the habit a little bigger.
