Interview a Goal Getter
Interview a grown-up about a big goal they reached: the steps they took, what got in the way, who helped and their advice for you.
Draw and label six goals, at school, at home, with friends and someday, on a vision board to hang where you will see it every day.
Printed on the sheet:
Hang the boards at kids’ desks or send them home for the bedroom wall.
Goals that are too big or too vague. Help kids make them specific.
Make a class goal, like reading 1,000 minutes, and track it on a big chart.
US Letter, prints well in black and white. Free for home and classroom use: print as many copies as you need.

Write a goal in the middle of an idea web and plan it six ways: why it matters, the first step, helpers, obstacles, tracking and a celebration.
Sort ten sentences into goals (a plan you can act on) and wishes, then turn a wish into a goal.
