What kids do

“Be a logic detective! Use the clues to match each kid to a pet.”

  1. Clues (tick each one as you use it)
  2. Put ✓ for yes and ✗ for no
  3. Draw each kid with their pet
  4. Write a logic clue of your own:

How to run it

  • Once you know a yes, put ✗ in the rest of that row and column.
  • Read every clue twice.
  • Older kids can write a four-pet puzzle.

Talk about it

  • Which clue helped first?
  • Did you need all three clues?
  • Where else do detectives use logic?
